The item must be in its original packaging
The request must be made within 14 days (from the date of delivery)
The item must never have been washed or even worn, and must be in its original condition.
Labels must be attached to the item
Once the package has been sent to the address below, you must send us proof of dispatch.

3) Return the desired items following the instructions given by our customer service department. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Please note that we do not have a return address in Europe. International returns are at your expense.
