1) BEFORE you return an item, please make sure you meet the following conditions:

The item is in its original packaging.
The request must be made within 14 days (from the delivery date).
The item has not been washed or worn and must be in its original condition.
The tags must be attached to the item.
Once the package has been sent to the address below, you must send us proof of shipment.
