HOW IS SHIPPING HANDLED?

• We shipthepackage within 1–2 business days.
• The delivery process then takes 7–10 business days, dependingon your location (1 month for the DROM-COM regions).
• (It sometimes takes 1–2 business daysfor the carrier to update the tracking information)
• As a result of the reform effective July 1, 2021, you may be charged customs fees. If this is the case, our team will contact you 48 hours before your package is received.
• Once the package has been shipped, the shipping company is solely responsible for it.

SHIPPING COSTS:

Shipping costs are a flat rate of €4.90, including VAT, for orders under €200. For orders over €200, shipping is free. These costs are clearly indicated in the order summary and are always brought to the customer’s attention before the order is confirmed and paid for. The total amount due, including the price of the items and shipping costs, is communicated to the customer before the order is finalized.
