HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

• We ship within 1 to 2 working days. 
• The delivery process then takes 7 to 10 business daysdepending onyour location (allow 1 month for French overseas departments and territories).
•  (It may take 1 to 2 working days for the carrier to update the tracking information)
• Since the July 1, 2021 reform, you may be charged customs fees. If this is the case, our team will contact you 48 hours before receiving your package.
• Once the parcel has been sent, only the transport company is responsible for it.

SHIPPING COSTS:

Shipping fees are a flat rate of €4.90 (including tax) per order under €200. Shipping is free for orders over €200. These fees are clearly displayed in the order summary and are always brought to the customer’s attention before the order is confirmed and paid for. The total amount due by the customer, including the price of the items and shipping costs, is communicated to the customer before the order is finalized.
