HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

• Weshipthepackage within1to 2 business days.
• Delivery typically takes7 to 10 business days,dependingon your location (please allow 1 month for French overseas departments and territories).
•  (It sometimes takes1 to 2 business daysfor the carrier to update the tracking information)
• Since the reform on July 1, 2021, you may be charged customs fees. If this is the case, our team will contact you 48 hours before you receive your package.
• Once the package is shipped, the shipping company is solely responsible for it.

DELIVERY FEES:

Delivery fees are a flat rate of €4.90 (including VAT) per order under €200. For orders over €200, delivery is free. These fees are clearly displayed in the order summary and are always brought to the customer’s attention before the order is confirmed and paid for. The total amount due by the customer, including the price of the items and delivery fees, is communicated to them before the order is finalized.
