RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1) BEFORE making a return, please ensure that you comply with the following conditions:

The item is in its original packaging
The request must be made within 14 days (from the delivery date)
The item has never been washed or even worn, it must be in its original condition.
Tags must be hung on the item
Once the package has been sent to the address indicated below, you must send us proof of sending it.

3) Return the desired items following the instructions given by our after-sales service. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, we do not have a return address in Europe, this is done at your expense internationally. Our refund times are 7 to 14 days depending on your payment method (Mastercard or Visa bank card).
